摘 要:通过对计算智能的智能诊断方法的研究和在故障特征提取中的分析与探讨,并结合VC++和MATLAB的优点,采用两者混合编程的方法开发了机械传动损伤检测与故障分析的虚拟仪器诊断系统;在VC++环境下完成了系统界面的设计,利用MATLAB软件实现试验数据的分析计算、信号处理及图形显示等任务,通过接口软件完成了在VC++下调用*.m文件转换后的程序,从而成功研制出具有不同种类多种功能的齿轮故障分析诊断软件系统;该软件系统包括机械传动齿轮振动信号的采集导入、信号分析处理、特征提取、图形可视化显示、故障检测与诊断和检测与监控等功能;通过测试验证表明,该系统能够很好地对齿轮进行故障检测与诊断,从而实现了虚拟仪器诊断系统的应有功能。By researching a method of intelligent fault detection based on Computational Intelligence (CI) and analyzing that it' s used for extracting the feature of the fault signals, a mechanical transmission fault detection system , namely Virtual Instrument diagnostic system is developed by combining the advantages of VC+ + and MATLAB and using the two hybrid programming method. The interface is designed by VC+ +, the calculation of test data, signal processing and graphical display are completed by MATLAB. Through the interface software, calling *. m file conversion program in VC+ + is completed. A multi-kind and multifunctional gear fault diagnosis software system is successfully designed, which possesses some functions, including the introduction of gear vibration signals, signal processing, feature extraction, graphics display, fault detection and diagnosis, condition monitorring. Result shows that the system can be effectively used in gear fault detection and diagnosis, and it can realize the function of Virtual Instrument.
