摘 要:要发展具有柔性体系结构的数控制造装备,就要求其数控系统更加开放化;为适应这种趋势,借鉴软件开发的"组件"思想,一种全新的数控系统开发理念——组态计算机数控(configuration computer numerical control,CCNC)被提出。随之进行了深入的研究论证;然后,提出了指导组态数控系统硬件装置构建的技术框架,该技术框架包括:组件数据库、配置机制和转换系统三部分;最后,基于该技术框架给出了构建组态数控装置的实例;经过研究表明计算机组态数控系统理论将促进柔性化和开放化数控系统的开发。Developing the manufacture equipments with flexible architecture made their numerical control system become more open. A new concept, configuration computer numerical control (CCNC), comes into being in changing environment. The new theory combines with the advantages of component technology and has been researched and developed gradually. In this paper, we aim to build a technique frame which is regarded as the guide of constructing CCNC controller' s hardware. The content of technique frame is consisted of component data base, configuring mechanism and converting system. Finally, a method of development and realization of servo drivers' database is given. The studies we have performed showed that CCNC theory bring a new method for the development of CNC system with open and flexible architecture.
