摘　　要：根据武器作战运用的方式,应用SEA方法,结合兰切斯特方程,综合研究远程火箭炮系统的系统、环境、使命等要素,建立了评估远程火箭炮系统效能的SEA模型,并利用该模型比较了不同远程火箭炮系统的效能,对结果进行了简要分析。According to the weapon using principle, the paper analyzes the factor of system.environment.mission of the long distance rochet system. Through applying the SEA method and lanchester equation, the paper establishes the SEA model for evaluating the effectiveness of the long distance rochet system. The paper also applies the model in comparing effectiveness of different long distance rochet system, and then analyzes the result briefly.
