摘 要:目的论证中职护理专业教学大纲的操作技能项目与专业技术资格考试大纲、临床岗位需求的适应性,加强学生临床操作技能训练,使学生具有与社会需求相适应的操作技能。方法通过问卷调查、实地考察、综合分析,对教学大纲、考试大纲和岗位需求的操作技能项目进行比较。结果教学大纲、考试大纲、岗位需求三者符合率为93.15%(68/73);教学大纲与考试大纲符合率为98.63%(72/73);教学大纲与岗位需求符合率为94.52%(69/73)。结论教学大纲操作技能项目基本符合考试大纲、临床岗位技能需求。教学中要严格按教学大纲操作技能项目组织教学,并适当调整部分操作技能项目。Objective To compare the coincidence of operational skill projects of the teaching syllabus,professional and technical qualification examination outline and demand for clinical nursing skills in secondary vocational schools,so as to improve clinical operational skills of nursing students. Methods By questionnaire survey,on-site investigation and comprehensive analysis,we compared the coincidence of operational skill projects of the teaching syllabus,examination outline and job demand. Results The coincidence rate of the teaching syllabus,examination outline and job demand in line with each other was 93.15%(68/73),the coincidence rates of the teaching syllabus in line with the examination outline and job demand were 98.63%(72/73)and 94.52%(69~73)respectively. Conclusions The nursing operational skills curriculum projects of the teaching syllabus is compatible with the examination outline and job demand. The teaching of nursing operational skills should be implemented in accordance with the teaching syllabus,and some operating skill projects may be appropriate adjusted.
