摘　　要：目的总结重症急性胰腺炎临床治疗经验。方法回顾我院4年收治的86例SAP患者的治疗过程及结果。结果本组86例，内科综合治疗治愈70例，手术治愈8例，死亡8例，包括2例术后死亡。结论SAP治疗以非手术治疗为主，必要时采取手术治疗的综合治疗。Objective Summarize the clinical experience of SAP（ severe acute pancreatitis）treatment. Methods Review 86 SAP cases treated in our hospital in past 4 years. Results In all 86 cases, 70 patients were eured by medical,8 patients were cured by surgery, and 8 patients were dead, including one after operation. Conclusion For SAP treatment, non-operative method is the first choice, and operative method can be used in sometime.
