摘　　要：涎腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)是涎腺最常见的恶性度相对较高的肿瘤之一,具有鲜明的组织学特点:肿瘤嗜神经和早期肺转移。下面就酪氨酸激酶家族Ⅲ类成员之一的c-kit基因与SACC的关系作一综述。Salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma（SACC）,characterized by distinct addicted nerve and high metastasis to lung,is one of the most malignant tumors in salivary adenoid tissue and have attracted much attention of many researchers.This article elucidated the relationship between c-kit,one member of protein tyrosine kinase family,and SACC in etiology,metastasis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
