摘  要:与其它形式的机械软启动装置相比,行星机构软启动装置以其结构紧凑、可以和减速机做成一体,控制性能较好而得到广泛应用。通过分析行星机构的调速原理,介绍了CST、MST、盘式制动行星软启动和变频辅助行星软启动的结构、特点以及工作过程,并得出上述装置的共性:均通过调节内齿圈的转速来实现负载的软启动。为研制新型的软启动装置提供了思路与方法。By contrast to other mechanical soft starter, the planetary mechanism starter is of compact structure, better controlling performance, and it can be integrated with reducer. Consequently, it is widely used. In this paper, the speed regulating principle of planetary mechanism soft starter is analyzed. The structure, characteristics and working process of CST, MST, disc brake-planetary starter, and frequency control-planetary starter are introduced. Finally, the conclusion is that all the devices realize load soft starting by regulating the rotary speed of gear ring. These analysis and conclusion provide a method and idea for developing new soft starter.
