特质性心理因素对我国青年男子篮球运动员身体对抗能力的影响

摘　　要：通过专家问卷调查确定与我国男子篮球运动员身体对抗能力密切相关的14项特质性心理因素,并从中选择特质自信、意志品质、攻击性和情绪特征4项核心因素,对参加2007年全国青年男子篮球联赛,且成绩在前8名球队共106名运动员进行心理测量,将各项数据与运动员身体对抗能力进行相关与回归分析发现,意志品质和特质运动自信心可以预测我国青年男子篮球运动员的身体对抗能力,且意志品质较特质运动自信心的影响更为重要。In this research, 14 trait psychological factors that closed to physical contact ability of Chinese male basketball players were identified through expertise questionnaires, and trait confidence, willingness, aggression and emotion were selected as the core factors. 106 players from the top eight teams in 2007 Chinese National Men＇s Basketball Youth League were surveyed. After carrying out correlation and regression analyses, the author found out that the willingness and trait confidence can predict the physical confrontation ability, and the former of which outweighs the latter.
