摘 要:以稻草为原料生产人造板,成为高效利用稻草资源、缓解木材供需矛盾的一条有效途径。本文通过硅烷偶联剂(SCA)改善稻草表面润湿性,用脲醛树脂胶黏剂(UF)胶结制成稻草板,分析SCA用量和UF用量对稻草板力学性能的影响。结果表明:施胶量为16%、SCA添加量为1%时,板子的静曲强度和内结合强度达到GB/T4897.4-2003中A类刨花板优等品的要求。The man -made board taking rice straw as raw materials becomes an effective way to use highly effective straw resources and alleviate the lumber supply and demand contradictory. The straw surface wettability is improved by SCA. This paper analyzes the effects of SCA and UF usage on the mechanical properties of straw board through making them bonded by Urea - formaldehyde resin. By experiments, the bending strength and internal bond strength of straw board added UF amount of 16% and SCA amount of 1% achieved the requirement of high - class product a category particleboard of the standard GB/T4897.4 - 92.
