摘　　要：柑橘皮渣来源广泛,资源丰富,含有大量的营养物质和功能性物质,可以被用来生产蛋白饲料和生长促进剂、酶制剂、酸化剂、着色剂、抗氧化剂、防霉剂、甜味剂等饲料添加剂,是一种很好的饲料资源。作者对柑橘皮渣的营养成分和饲料资源化研究与应用进行了综述。Citrus pericarp is a good forage resource which is rich and abundant in nutrients and functional materials. It can be produced and processed protein feeds and additives as growth promoters, enzymes, acidifiers, colorants, antioxidants, mold inhibitors, sweeteners and so on. In this paper, the nutrient composition, the research and application on forage reusing of citrus pericarp are reviewed.
