摘  要:研究了水曲柳试件经氨水处理和微波加热后弯曲工艺参数及与弯曲件质量的关系。结果表明该弯曲工艺是可行的,研究所得最佳工艺条件为:氨水浓度7%,含氨水率63%,加热功率400W,加热时间2.5min。该方法较传统生产方式的生产率有明显提高。The article treats the material of Fraxinus mandshurica with a solution of NH 4OH,and studies the technology of bending of wood with microwave heating,the temperature of experimental pieces that were heated by microwave is lower than 100℃,the bending method is handwork,and the relation between quality of products and parameters of bending technology is obtained.The results showed: ①The technolgy of bending of wood with microwave heating is feasible;②the best technology parameters are as follows:heationg time:2.5min; heating power:400W; deepness of ammonia:7%; ratio of ammonia water:63%; ③the method improved productivity more distinctly than the traditional method; ④norm of bending wood h/r>1/3.
