摘　　要：人们通过语言交际来传递信息,交流情感,这种语言之间的沟通往往以会话的形式体现。在会话过程中存在着一个看似普遍却令人吃惊的现象:无论是两人之间的对话,还是多人之间的交谈,会话都能顺利进行,而且很少出现重叠或沉默冷场的情况。是什么在指引人们的会话顺利进行呢?美国语言学家Sacks经过观察分析提出了话轮及话轮转换机制,从而揭开了言语交际顺利进行的秘密。People provide information and exchange emotion. Conversational communication usually appears in the form of verbal dialogue. In the course of conversation, there is a common but amazing phenomenon ： no matter how many people talk together, two or more, they can communicate fluently with few overlap or silence. What makes people＇ s dialogue smooth？ After a lot of research and analysis, Sacks, an American linguist, put forward turn and turntaking system, which revealed the secret of conversational communication.
