摘  要:汉语国际教育是一门新兴的学科。《音节和汉字词汇等级划分》拟作面向全球汉语教学的"国家标准"。它倡导汉语国际教育的通俗化、大众化、普及化;大力破解"汉语难学"的瓶颈问题;将汉语音节引入国家标准,首创音节和汉字、词汇三维基准新模式;推行"普及化等级水平",统筹考虑等级划分、等级水平与评价体系的完整性和系统性。Global Chinese education is a growing discipline. The Graded Chinese Syllables, Characters and Words is intended to be used as a national standard for global Chinese teaching. It advocates that Chinese global education should be popularized, spread extensively and in conform- ity with the practical needs, and tries to crack the hardness of learning Chinese. This three-di-mensional new model of Chinese syllable, characters and words is initiated by incorporated for the first time Chinese characters as a national standard. A ' popularized grading scale of proficiency' has been developed in consideration of the integrity and systematization of the division, proficiency levels and evaluation system.
