α1,3 FUCT Ⅶ mRNA及Sle^x抗原在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其与转移的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨α1,3FUCT Ⅶ基因mRNA及Slex在非小细胞肺癌组织,癌旁正常肺组织中的表达,及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法应用RT-PCR法及免疫组织化学催化放大法(CSA)检测α1,3FUCT Ⅶ基因mRNA734.2及Slex在66例非小细胞肺癌组织,20例癌旁正常肺组织中的表达。结果α1,3FUCT Ⅶ基因mRNA在腺癌组织(0.79±0.19)强于鳞癌组织中(0.51±0.12),差异有统计学意义(P*<0.05)。Slex的表达在腺癌阳性率为86%(31/36),鳞癌为63.3%(19/30),差异有统计学意义(P*<0.05)。α1,3FUCTⅦ基因mRNA及Slex的表达与TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、组织学类型及性别有关,与年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论α1,3FUCT Ⅶ基因mRNA及Slex过表达可能与非小细胞肺癌发生及转移相关,其检测可作为判断患者肺癌转移的一项重要参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression of the α1,3 FUCT VII mRNA and Sle^x in tumor tissue of non-small cell lung cancer and lung tissues around tumor, and discuss their relationship with clinical pathological factors. Methods RT-PCR and immunohistro-chemical method were used to detect the expression of the α1, 3 FUCT VII mRNA and Sle^x in 66 cases of tumor tissue of non-small cell lung cancer and 20 cases of lung tissues around tumor. Result The level of α1, 3 FUCT VII mRNA in 36 cases of tumor tissue of lung adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that of the expression in 30 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma （0.79±0.19 vs 0.51±0.12, P〈0.05）.The positivities of Slex in tumor tissue of lung adenocarcinoma was 86%（31/36）, but the expression of Sic^x in 30 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma was 63.3%（19/30）. The result was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The expression of theαl, 3 FUCT VII mRNA and Slex were associated with the TNM staging, tumor cell differentiation, the lymph node metastasis, pathological typing and gender, but not with age. Conclusions The expression of the αl, 3 FUCT W mRNA and Sle^x maybe correlated with occurrence and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer, Their detection can be used as an important reference for the judgement of its metastasis.
