摘　　要：根据重庆大都市区产业发展态势和城市群发展现状,以及城市集中污水处理能力的发展,结合水污染控制技术进步,分析了重庆大都市区的水污染物排放总量控制措施实施的效益。结果表明,重庆大都市区的产业结构减排、工程治理减排和监督管理减排措施得力,投资环境和人居环境得到了显著改善。Based on industry development and city community actualities of Chongqing metropolis, well - matched development of concentrated municipal sewage disposal capacity and pollutant control technology, tried to analyse the Benefit of total control measures. As a result, well- thought- of industry framework, project restore and surveillance lessen tonnage, investment and inhabitancy environment improve remarkably.
