摘　　要：实行项目经理制,对项目实施全过程的组织、协调、管理、监督,有利于控制质量,保证工程施工进度,降低造价。简单介绍了项目经理制的概念,对项目经理的选用和项目组成员的确定,以及激励机制等,作了叙述。Carrying out the project manager system and by which organizing, coordinating, managing and supervising the overall implementation process of the project, is beneficial to control the quality, guarantee the construction schedule of the project and reduce the construction cost. This paper introduces the conception of the project manager system, states in detail the selection of the project manager, the choosing of the project members and the incentive mechanism and so on.
