摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜癌组织中磷酸化蛋白激酶B(P-PKB)蛋白的表达及其在子宫内膜癌发生、发展中的意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测51例子宫内膜癌组织、36例子宫内膜不典型增生组织和20例正常子宫内膜组织中P-PKB蛋白的表达,并分析其与子宫颈癌临床病理因素的关系。结果:P-PKB在子宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于子宫内膜不典型增生组和正常子宫内膜组织组(P<0.05)。P-PKB蛋白的表达与子宫内膜癌组织学分级、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:P-PKB蛋白在子宫内膜癌中过表达,可能与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展有关。Objective： To investigate the expression of phesphorylated Protein Kinase B（P - PKB） in human endometrial carcimoma and their effects in the tumorigenesis and progression of the endometrlal careimoma. Methods： Expression of P - PKB protein was measured by using SP immunohistochemical staining in specimens of 51 cases of endometrial carcimoma,36 cases of atypical endometrium, and 20 cases of normal endometrium. The relationship between P - PKB protein expression and their dinieopathological factors in endometrial carcimoma was also analyzed. Results： The rate of positive expression of P- PKB in endometrial carcimoma was remarkably higher than it in atypical endometrium and in normal endometrium tissue, the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. The expression of P- PKB was correlated to clinical stage, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The overexpression of P - PKB in endometrial carcinoma correlates with carcinogenesis and progression of endometrial carcinoma.
