摘　　要：科技创业企业是我国创新型国家建设的基础动力,其特有的风险特征和各种融资工具的适应性特点,使融资问题成为其发展的瓶颈。构建由政府资金、风险投资和商业银行贷款等资金组成的创业融资体系,是破解科技创业企业融资困境的重要手段。Technology-oriented start-ups are the base of China＇s construction of innovational country. Their charateristics of high risk make financing be their bottle-neck. To solve the financing bottle-neck of them, setting up an innovational financing mechanism by governmental capital, venture capital and bank loans, is an important method.
