摘　　要：运用文献检索、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,选取若干三级医院医生收集资料并统计分析,探索临床医师培养目标和培养规律。建议针对医师临床能力培养存在问题创新临床医师培养模式:如重视医师医教研全面发展,营造氛围,创新考评与晋升机制,完善职后教育体系,重视中青年拔尖人才培养、进一步端正医师从事科研的动机等。In order to explore the main objectives and the growing regulations of the physicians, we use of information search, questionnaire survey and expert interviews with the physicians of the third class hospital , collect data, statistics and analysis. There are some regulations in the objective and training regulations of physicians and clinician awareness to scientific research . To resolve the main problems of physicians＇ training ,our suggestion is to innovate the model as follows： Pay more attention on the all--round development of clinical work, teaching and scientific research, create a supportive atmosphere, innovate the promotion standard, improve after--graduate education system, lay emphasis on the training of excellent young physicians and further regulate their motivation.
