摘 要:目的探讨教学实践技能培训在临床中的应用,以便提高护士教学水平。方法采用方便抽样法选取转正后第3年(毕业后第5年)的护士共68名,按配对设计方法分为实验组和对照组,实验组护士36名,对照组护士32名。实验组培训形式采取护理部、病区、自我培训相结合,以举办带教技能学习班、规范教案书写、带教技能观摩、小组练习等方法进行培训;对照组培训形式采取病区平时培训及自我培训,以病区护士长指导的方法培训。比较两组护士对培训的满意度、护理查房及操作示范考核总成绩、参加护理查房及操作示范护士或护生对教学的满意度。结果两组护士对培训满意度得分、护理查房及操作示范考核总成绩、参加护理查房及操作示范的护士或护生对教学满意度得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论综合性临床护理教学实践技能培训能调动护士的主观能动性,可提高护士运用护理程序及评判性思维的能力及护士教学水平;同时也提高了参加护理查房及操作示范护士及护生对教学的满意度。Objective To study the application of teaching skills training in clinical practices to improve the standard of teaching in nurses. Methods Sixty-eight nurses, on their fifth year after graduation, were selected and were divided into the experimental and control groups according to the method of matching design. The experimental group (n = 36) received training in modes of department training, ward training and self- training by means of skill learning in classes, standardized writing lesson plans, skill emulating and panel practices. The control group received training in modes of ward training and seE-training, instructed by head nurses. Nurses' satisfaction of training, the total assessment of nursing rounds and demonstration testing, and the nursing students' satisfaction of teaching between the two groups were compared. Result Significant differences were found between the two groups on nurses' satisfaction of training, the total assessment of nursing rounds and demonstration testing, and the nursing students' satisfaction of teaching (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive clinical care and teaching skills training can stimulate the initiative of the nurses, help nurses improve their ability of using nursing procedures and their ability of critical thinking, and improve the standard of teaching and students' satisfaction.
