三虫半夏白术天麻汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足67例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察三虫半夏白术天麻汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法将109例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为两组,治疗组67例采用三虫半夏白术天麻汤治疗,对照组42例予以氟桂利嗪联合复方丹参滴丸治疗;比较两组患者血液流变性及经颅多普勒(TCD)的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组;治疗组降低血黏度、增加椎动脉和基底动脉平均血流速度的效果均显著优于对照组。结论三虫半夏白术天麻汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足效果良好。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Sanchongbanxiabaizhutianma Decoction in the Vertebro-basilar ischemia（VBI） . Methods： 109 cases with VBI were divided randomly into two groups. 67 cases were selected as treatment group and treated by Sanchongbanxiabaizhutianma Decoctionl 42 cases were selected as the control group and treated by flunarizine plusing compoud salvia pellet. And then, the changes of hemorheology and TCD were observed. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the contrast group. The treatment group was better than the control group in depressing blood viscosity, increasing blood flow rate of arteriae vertebralis and arteriae basilaris. Conclusion： Sanchongbanxiabaizhutianma Decoction shows the good effect in the treatment of VBI.
