摘 要:研究了磷酸氢二钠和木糖醇两种改性剂加入量对微波硬化水玻璃砂样存放强度的影响,通过红外光谱和扫描电镜等测试方法,对普通水玻璃砂和改性水玻璃砂的官能团及微观组织进行了分析。试验研究结果表明,改性后的水玻璃砂样存放强度高于普通水玻璃砂样的存放强度,当改性剂加入量为水玻璃质量的2%时,砂样的存放强度效果最佳;样品的红外图谱表明,改性后的水玻璃砂中没有出现新的基团;扫描电镜分析表明,改性后,水玻璃膜均匀、完整地覆盖在砂粒表面,粘结桥中裂纹减少。The effects of the addition of two modifiers (disodium hydrogen phosphate and xylitol) on the storage strength of sodium silicate sand hardened by microwave heating were investigated. Infrared spectrum and SEM were used to research the functional groups and microstructure of both sodium silicate sand and modified sodium silicate sand. The results indicate that the storage strength of sodium silicate sand is much better. When the amount of modifier takes up 2%, weight of water glass, the storage strength of sodium silicate sand reaches optimal value. The FTIR analysis confirms that there is no new group in both disodium hydrogen phosphate and xylitol modified sodium silicate sands. The SEM analysis demonstrates that: After modification treatment, the flawless silicate films are coated on the surface of sand grain and there is less crack in the binder bridge of the sample.
