福静清用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果观察

摘　　要：为探讨福静清（复方聚乙二醇4000口服溶液用粉）用于结肠镜检查前肠道清洁准备的效果．将行结肠镜检查的患者200例（均无禁忌症）随机分为两组．每组100例。于检查前A组口服番泻叶，B组口服福静清，对两组肠道清洁度、不良反应情况进行比较，并进行统计学分析。结果娩示．A组和B组的肠道准备有效率分别为66％和92％（P〈0．01）。A组不良反应较多且明显．B组的不良反应少。结果表明，幅静清用于肠道清洁准备效果比较好．不良反应少。患者易于接受。The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of fortrans（compound polyethylene glycol 4000） in bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Two hundreds patients who were to undergo colonoscopy were randomized into two groups. Patients in group A（ n = 100） had the oral intake of senna leaf decoction before colonoscopy;while patients in group B（ n = 100）,fortrans. As results, the effective rate of bowel preparation in group A and group B was 66% and 92% （P〈0.01） respectively,and adverse reaction in group A was more in number and more notable while that in group B was less in number. It is concluded that fortrans can ensure a better effect in bowel preparation and less adverse reactions,and patients are liable to accept.
