子宫内膜间质肉瘤中Ki-67的表达水平与组织学分级的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜间质肉瘤中Ki-67的表达水平与组织学分级的关系。方法对确诊的24例子宫内膜间质肉瘤和12例未分化子宫内膜肉瘤用免疫组化法检测Ki-67的表达情况，并分析与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结及远处转移、恶性度的关系。结果Ki-67指数在子宫内膜间质肉瘤和未分化子宫内膜肉瘤中分别为38％、87％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结及远处转移无关（P〉0．05）。结论Ki-67增殖指数和恶性度分级呈正相关，可能是判断危险度的指标。Objective To study the expression of Ki-67 and its relationship with the histological grade of Endometrial Stromal Tumors. Methods Immunohistochemical EnVision method was applied to detect the ex- pression of Ki-67 expression in 24 cases of Endomertrial stromal sarcoma（ESS） , and 12 cases of Undifferentiated endometrial sarcoma （UESs） , and its relationship with the risk rank was analyzed. Results The Ki-67 nuclear antigen in ESSs were 38% which were lower than 87% in UESs （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was posive correlation of Ki.67 with histolegieal grade between ESS and UES. Conclusion The expression of Ki-67 might be important biological markers for histolegical grade of ESSs.
