摘  要:目的通过测定弓形虫感染小鼠大蒜素治疗后黏膜部位SIgA含量,研究大蒜素在弓形虫感染免疫中所起作用。方法将雌性小鼠分成治疗组、感染组和对照组,用5×10^4个/只RH株弓形虫速殖子经口感染小鼠后大蒜素治疗,每天1次,于治疗后第0、2、4、6、8、10、12周断颈处死,冲洗上呼吸道、下呼吸道、肠道、阴道、子宫黏膜,夹心ELISA法测定SIgA抗体含量。结果在观察的时间段内,治疗组SIgA含量高于对照组和感染组,治疗后4、6、8周差异具有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论大蒜素治疗经口感染弓形虫速殖子小鼠,能提高黏膜(特别是消化道黏膜)SIgA抗体含量,保护机体抵御病原体感染。Objective To study the effect of allicin in the immunity of Toxoplasma gondii infection through the quantitative determination of mucous secretory IgA (SIgA) in mice infected by Toxoplasma gondii after the treatment with allicin. Methods All female mice were divided into the treatment group, infection group and control group. The mice were infected by tachyzoites of Toxoplasma gondii RH strain (5 × 10^4/each) through mouth and then treated with allicin once a day. On the 0^th, 2^nd, 4^th, 6^t, 8^th, 10^t and 12^t day respectively after the treatment the mice were killed and irrigated in the upper and lower respiratory tract, intestines, vagina and endometrium. The content of SIgA was detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results In the observation duration SIgA content was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group or infection group. The difference was significant (P 〈 0.05) in 4, 6 and 8 weeks after the treatment. Conclusion Allicin, used to treat the :nice infected by tachyzoites of Toxoplasma gondii RH strain through mouth, can increase the content of SIgA in mucosa especially in digestive mucosa to protect the body from the infection of pathogen.
