摘 要:对68份不同进化阶段的稻种资源的储藏特性进行了初步分析,结果表明:供试材料中耐储藏性好的材料有10份(占14.71%),主要为野生种和地方品种,耐储藏性很差的材料有5份(7.35%);野生种中耐储藏材料的比例最高(75%),在籼型材料中耐储藏材料的比例较高(12.8%),在粳型和偏粳型材料中未发现耐储藏的材料。种子老化指数与籼粳形态指数总分值呈显著正相关(r=0.251*),与酚反应值呈显著正相关(r=0.250*)。The storage characteristics of 68 accessions of rice germplasm in different evolutional stages were studied. The results showed that there were 10 accessions or 14.71% of the tested rice genetic resources had a good tolerance to storage, and these storage-tolerant resources were mainly from wild rice and local rice cuhivars. There were 5 accessions or 7.35% of the tested rice genetic resources had a very poor tolerance to storage. It was found that the percentage of storage-tolerant materials was highest in wild rice ( 75% ) and relatively high in indica rice ( 12.8% ), but none of the tested japonica or japonicaclinous materials were found to be tolerant to storage. There was a significant positive correlation between the ageing index of seed and the total scores of morphological index( r = 0.251 * ), as well as between the ageing index of seed and the scores of phenol reaction ( r = 0. 250 * ).
