摘  要:针对某拖拉机驾驶室的结构特点,以模态有限元的基本理论为依据,基于Hypermesh建立了某拖拉机驾驶室的有限元模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算得出了该拖拉机驾驶室的前10阶固有频率及振型。分析了固有频率与激振频率的关系,从模态振型分析找出结构的薄弱环节,结果表明该驾驶室的顶部横梁和纵梁结构刚度需要进一步提高。该结论为今后拖拉机驾驶室的结构设计和改进提供了理论依据。According to the structural characteristics of the tractor cab and the basic modal theory of finite element, the finite element model for the tractor cab was developed based on hypermesh. The first 10 natural frequencies and the vibration types are calculated in the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The relationship between the natural frequeney and the excitation frequency are analysed, then the structural weaknesses could be identified from the modal type analysis. The results show that beams at the top of the cab need a further improvement about the structural rigidity. A theoretical basis for the future structural design and improvement for the tractor cab is provided.
