摘　　要：采用文献计量学方法对431种期刊进行调查分析,2004年-2008年有关病案管理载文量在10篇以上的期刊有53种,载文量2379篇,前14种期刊载文量共计1783篇,占50.17%,为核心期刊,其中《中国病案》载文量最多,达1148篇,占32.30%,是首选核心期刊。431 kinds of journals were investigated and analyzed by the method of literature metrology. From 20（0 to 2008, there were 53 journals with more than 10 volumes about medical record management containing 2379 texts, in which the first 14 journals contained a total of 1783 texts, ac- counting for 50.17 %, as the core journals, among which, ＂Chinese Medical Record＂ containing the largest amount of texts, up to 1148, accounting for 32.30%, is the preferred core journal.
