2003-2007年住院前十位恶性肿瘤疾病构成分析

摘　　要：目的分析某院5年来收治的恶性肿瘤的分布特征,为肿瘤防治和医院的肿瘤防治中心建设提供依据。方法收集2003年-2007年住院恶性肿瘤资料,对发病的年龄、性别、构成、顺位进行统计。结果收治前十位恶性肿瘤分别是:食管癌、结/直肠癌、肺癌、鼻咽癌、胃癌、肝癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、贲门癌和白血病,占住院恶性肿瘤的72.43%。结论该院肿瘤防治中心服务区域内以前十位恶性肿瘤为常见,肺癌、大肠癌及女性乳腺癌、宫颈癌增长迅速,应加强肿瘤宣教和积极防治。Objective To provide the basis for cancer prevention and treatment by analyzing the characteristics of mal/gnant tumors distribution in the last five years. Methods Medical records of inpatients with malignant tumors, including age, gender, disease constitution and cis position were col- lected and analyzed. Results The top 10 malignant tumors were esophageal cancer, colon/rectum cancer, lung cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer, cardia cancer and leukemia, respectively, accounting for 72.43% of the total malignant tumors of inpatients. Conclusion In this Cancer Center of the hospital, the most common tumors were the top 10 malignant tumors, among which the incidence of lung cancer, colorectal cancer and female breast cancer, cervical cancer has grown rapidly; therefore, it is important to strengthen education and pos- itive prevention of cancer.
