摘 要:目的规范临床护理教师管理,以提高护理培训工作质量,改善临床教师整体素质。方法针对心血管专科医院的临床教学特点,建立临床护理教师选拔、聘任、使用、培养及考核评价的完整体系。结果规范化的临床教师管理,使医院护理岗位培训工作的数量、质量以及临床教师的能力,都得到了一定程度的提高。结论坚持针对心血管专科医院特色的规范化教师管理,可建立一支高质高效的心血管专业临床教师队伍,在培养专科护理人才、提高专科护理水平方面发挥更大作用。Objective To standardize the management of clinical nursing teachers and to improve the effects of clinical nurses training and promote the overall quality of clinical nursing teachers. Method Based on the clinical teaching characteristics of cardiovascular specialized hospitals, we established an integrated and standard system,including nurse teachers selection, appointment, use, training and evaluation. Results The quantity and quality of nurses training and the ability of clinical teachers were improved to some extent. Conclusion The standardized management of clinical nursing teachers can train a cardiovascular professional teacher team with high quality. They will play a greater role in training professional nursing staff and improving the quality of specialized nursing.
