摘　　要：目前医院原生资源越来越受到广泛关注。对研究背景、医院医学原生资源的来源、自主知识产权的医学原生资源数据库的建立进行了详细阐述,以达到促进医学资源的传播与交流、推动数字图书馆与医院信息化建设的目的。The primary resources in hospitals are attracting a widespread attention at present. In this paper, we carried on the detailed elaboration from aspects of research background, the source of medical primary resources in hospitals and the establishment of medical primary resources database system of independent intellectual property, aiming to promote the communication of medical resources, advance the construction of digital library and the informatization of hospitals.
