摘 要:目的了解柳州市机动车驾驶人发生酒后驾驶的情况,为制定预防和控制酒后驾驶行为的政策和干预措施提供依据。方法采用现况研究方法,在不同时段随机抽取有代表性的路口,用统一制定的调查方案和问卷对被随机拦截下来的机动车驾驶人进行现场问卷调查和呼气酒精浓度测试。结果从2007年12月7日至2008年3月1日,共调查驾驶人5 592名,平均酒后驾驶发生率为4.49%,醉酒驾驶发生率为0.63%。白天酒后驾驶发生率为1.46%,无醉酒驾驶情况发生;晚上酒后驾驶发生率为6.33%,醉酒驾驶发生率为1.01%,晚上的酒后驾驶发生率高于白天;节假日酒后驾驶发生率高于工作日和周末;男性酒后驾驶发生率高于女性,且女性无醉酒驾驶情况发生;摩托车和小汽车驾驶人酒后驾驶发生率高于卡车驾驶人。结论柳州市机动车驾驶人酒后驾驶发生率及醉酒驾驶发生率很高。Objective This study was conducted aiming at knowing the prevalence of drinking and drunk driving in administrative district of Liuzhou City and providing reference for constitute policy and preventive measures against drinking and drunk driving. Methods Cross-sectional study was applied while the coincident of investigative scheme and questionnaires was designed to investigate the prevalence of drinking and driving and testing the acceptability of active breathalyzers in a representative sample of drivers in the whole city, while representative crossings were randomly sampled in different period of time. Results A total of 5 592 drivers were stopped on public crossings in the city and asked to answer a questionnaire and submit to an active breathalyzer test from December 2007 to March 2008. It was found that the average incidence rate of drinking driver was 4.49 % in this city, and the incidence rate of drunken driver was 0.63 %. The average incidence rate of drinking drive in the daytime was 1.46 % and no one were found drive under drunk, meanwhile, the average incidence rate of drinking drive at night was 6.33% , thereinto, the incidence rate of drunk driving was account for 1.01%. The average inci- dence rate of drinking drive at night is higher than that in the daytime. The average incidence rate of drinking drive in holiday is higher than that in the working days and the weekends, the average incidence rate of drinking drive is higher in male than that in female and none of the female driver was drunken drive. The average incidence rate of drinking drive of the motors and cars was higher than that in lorry drivers. There were significant differences in the average incidence rate of drinking drive between the compared groups hereinbefore. Conclusions The average incidence rate of drinking drive and the drunken driving of Liuzhou City were very high.
