摘 要:介绍了一套已在省级电网投入实际运行的暂态稳定预警与预防控制系统。首先,介绍了该系统的功能框架和软件模块构成。其次,分析了系统的关键技术与算法。系统实现了4种不同发电机、负荷增长方式下的传输极限算法,满足在线调度决策的需求。另外,实现了基于能量函数灵敏度的预防控制策略生成算法。结合工程实践,开发了若干实用化技术,如采用节点—开关模型以适应在线运行方式多变性的特点、孤岛稳定误判的解决方案、发电区和负荷区的自动分区方法等。This paper presents an early warning and preventive control system for transient stability. This system has been used in several provincial power grids. Firstly, the framework and the main modules of the proposed system are introduced. Secondly, the key technologies of the system are also presented. An algorithm is implemented to calculate total transfer capacity (TTC) under four different power increasing strategies. The preventive control algorithm, which is based on transient energy function sensitivity, is also realized. Thirdly, some engineering-oriented methods are introduced to solve practical problems, which emerge in real application. There are several examples: a node-breaker model is implied to adapt to the changing operation mode, a scheme is presented to avoid misjudge of stability in the case of island, generation areas and load areas can be automatically divided with new method.
