摘　　要：目的:评价SKP2在子宫内膜癌中的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法,检测45例子宫内膜癌中SKP2蛋白的表达情况,分析其和临床各病理指标之间的关系。结果:SKP2在子宫内膜癌中呈高表达,其阳性率为78.4%(34/45),明显高于正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生过长(P<0.01);SKP2的表达与组织学分级和淋巴结转移关系密切(P<0.05);与临床分期、肌层浸润深度和年龄均无关(P>0.05)。结论:SKP2在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,可能与子宫内膜癌的恶化进展有关,有可能成为判断预后的指标之一。Objective：To evaluate the value of SKP^2 in the genesis ,development and prognosis of endometrial eareinoma. Methods：The expression of SKP^2 protein was detected in different endometrium by immunohistochemical S - P method, disseussed the relationship between expression of SKP^2 protein and clinical pathology characteristics in endometrial cancer. Results： The results of immunohistochemical SP method overexpression of SKP^2 was detected in 78.4% （ 34/ 45 ） of endometrial carcinoma, comparing with normal endometria,endometrial hyperplasia（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The increased expression of SKP^2 protein in endometrial carcinoma is associated with tumor grade and lymphatic metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; but the expression of SKP^2 protein were irrelevant to myometrial infiltration depth, surgical - pathological stage and patients age（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Condusions：SKP^2 may play an important role in the genesis, development of endometrial carcinoma. The high expression of skp2 may relate with the development of endometrial cancer and could be a useful prognostic marker for patient with endometrial carcinoma.
