我国高等教育经费筹措现状及国际比较

摘　　要：我国高等教育经费筹措存在的问题,表现为生均教育经费过低、销售和服务收入形式单一、社会对教育的捐赠数量较少且不稳定、留学生人数相对过少。借鉴国际高等教育经费筹措经验,针对我国高等教育经费筹措的不足,建议增加服务和销售收入,争取私人、社会团体、企业的捐赠以及招收海外留学生等,以增强我国高等教育的经费筹措力度。A too low student-average educational funding, a single form of income of distribution and service, a tiny and unstable amount of social charity for education, and a relatively small number of international students are all problems in financing of higher learning institutions in our country. Considering foreign experience in financing of higher learning institutions, it is suggested that we should improve the status quo by increasing income from distribution and service, and advertising to encourage charity from individuals, social groups and enterprises and admission of international students.
