摘　　要：对转炉采用留渣法操作的安全性和可操作性进行了论述，对留渣操作时曾经发生过的喷渣事故的实例进行了分析，提出了转炉留渣操作时确保安全的技术要点。This paper discusses the safety and operative feasibility on the slag - keeping process of the converter blowing, analyses the accidents during the operation of the slag - keeping whichhad taken place, and advances the main points for technology to ensure the safety during the operation of the slag - keeping.
