摘 要:目的:探讨神经生长因子(NGF)对瘢痕成纤维细胞生物学行为的影响、病理改变及其对瘢痕的作用机制,为临床预防和治疗瘢痕提供分子及病理学水平的理论依据。方法:对大鼠动物创伤模型进行体内实验,采用倒置显微镜、HE染色、Cason氏改良三色染色、Hamason-Lush-bangh氏染色法、透射电镜等方法进行观察。结果:大鼠动物创伤模型病理染色与透射电镜观察显示,与对照组相比,实验组局部注射细胞因子NGF后,促进了成纤维细胞的生长增殖,刺激了胶原纤维的合成、增生和沉积。结论:NGF对成纤维细胞的生长趋势与增殖活性有明显的促进作用,刺激了胶原纤维的合成、增生和沉积。Objective:To explore the effects of NGF on the fibroblasts of scars in biological behavior and pathological change. It can provide the basic of theory in molecular biology and pathobiology. Methods: Wounds were created on a Sprague-Dawley (SD) rat model. The results were observed and analysed by light inverted microscope(LM), transmission elextron microscope (TEM), HE staining, Cason, s staining and flow cytometry(FCM). It was determined that effects of NGF on scars in biological behavior and pathological change. Results: In vivo(rat model) :using pathological staining and TEM, eompared to the controls, it could be obtained that the fibroblast proliferation was enhanced and collagen synthesis was increased by topically applying NGF. Conelusions:NGF can inerease fibroblasts proliferation and collagen synthesis, seeretion and accumulation.
