河流功能综合评估方法及其应用

摘　　要：河流具有多种功能,适当的功能评估方法是河流建设、水环境治理及河道生态修复的基础.从河流的自然功能和社会功能两个方面出发,研究河流功能的综合评估问题.首先分析了评估原理,依据评估原理,对自然功能和社会功能分别建立指标体系.采用打分法,对每个指标进行分级并设定分级标准.从时间和空间尺度上给出每个指标的评估尺度,经过尺度变换,计算指数得分,提出了河流功能的综合评估方法.将该评估方法应用于沈阳市浑河段的评估,结果表明,该河段自然功能状况一般,社会功能状况发挥良好.建议下一步可从恢复岸边植被,为水生物创造多样性栖息地方面着手进行生态恢复建设.River has many functions and functional assessment is a foundation for multi-targets development and utilization of basin and ecological rehabilitation and construction. Considering two aspects of natural functions and societal functions, an integrated evaluating approach for river functional assessment was established. Assessment principles were analyzed firstly. Based on the principles, indicator systems of natural and societal functions were built separately. The rating, rating criteria and calculating scales of the indicators were presented based on marking method. According to the above-mentioned principles and method, the river functional integrated assessment method was constructed eventually. An evaluating case was given along Hunhe River in Shenyang City. The assessment results indicate that the condition of natural function is ＂Marginal＂ and that of societal function is ＂Good＂, so the restoration of riverbank vegetation and the habitat construction for riverine creature should become the main goal of making river regulations in future.
