摘 要:为了给康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)在东北农区奶牛业的应用提供基础理论数据,应用CNCPS体系提出的蛋白质与碳水化合物分类方法,对东北农区27种典型奶牛饲料进行粗蛋白质(CP)、非蛋白氮(NPN)、可溶性蛋白质(SCP)、酸性洗涤不溶蛋白质(ADIP)、中性洗涤不溶蛋白质(NDIP)及酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、木质素(ADL)和淀粉(Starch)进行了测定,并通过CNCPS提出的计算方法计算了饲料粗蛋白质中的非蛋白氮(PA)、快速降解蛋白质(PB1)、结合蛋白质(PC)、中度降解蛋白质(PB2)、慢速降解蛋白质(PB3)和碳水化合物中的不可利用纤维(CC)、可利用纤维(CB2)、淀粉、果胶(CB1)和糖类(CA)。结果表明:SCP/CP的比例以大庆地区全株玉米青贮饲料最高(68.74%),沈阳湿啤酒糟最低(4.12%);ADL/NDF比例则以鞍山苹果渣最高(34.51%),沈阳大麦为最低(2.46%)。蛋白质中真蛋白质的含量以沈阳地区豆粕为最高(97.07%),以大庆地区全株玉米青贮最低(26.81%);碳水化合物中不可利用纤维(CC/CHO)比例则以鞍山苹果渣最高(65.01%),齐齐哈尔玉米为最低(1.60%)。由结果可知,CNCPS体系分析方法测定指标较多,能够全面反映了饲料的营养成分及在奶牛体内的消化吸收,建议今后可作为东北农区评定奶牛饲料营养价值的方法。This study was conducted to expand the application of Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system (CNCPS) to enrich the nutrient database of feeds common used in dairy industry in the northeast of China. Twenty-seven typical feeds were collected to analyze the chemical composition, such as crude protein (CP), non-protein nitrogen (NPN), soluble crude protein (SCP), acid detergent insoluble protein (ADIP), neutral detergent insoluble protein (NDIP), acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent lignin (ADL) and starch, according to the classification method of CNCPS. Then the contents of non-protein nitrogen (PA), rapidly degraded protein (PB1), intermediately degraded protein (PB2), slowly degraded protein (PB3), bound protein (PC), unavailable fiber (CC), available fiber (CB2), starch, pectin (CB1) and sugar (CA) were calculated respectively as the provided formula in CNCPS. The results showed that SCP/CP was the highest in whole-plant corn silage from Daqing (68.74%) and the lowest in wet brewer's grains from Shenyang (4.12%) ; and apple pomace from Anshan had the very highest value of ADL/NDF (34. 51%) while barley from Shenyang had the lowest value (2.46%). With respect to the true protein, soybean meal from Shenyang was in the highest level (97.07%), while whole-plant corn silage from Daqing had the lowest value (26.81%); in terms of unavailable fiber conteat, apple pomace from Anshan was the highest (65.01%), and corn from Qiqihar was the lowest (1.6%). The experimental results showed that the CNCPS system could measure more nutrient indices of feedstuff and reflect their digesting and absorbing metabolism in dairy cattle fully. It was suggested that the methods of CNCPS could be used in the evaluation of feedstuff of dairy cattle in the northeast agricultural region of China.
