摘　　要：和谐的医患关系是医疗服务的核心,但是在我国现阶段的医患关系表现得相当复杂,已经成为一个比较严重的社会问题,需要我们进行理论上的反思和实践上的探索。运用个案工作、小组工作和社区工作等社会工作方法与技巧介入医患危机,将成为解决医患关系的"柔性支架",对缓解医患危机将起到非常重要的作用。Harmonious doctor--patient relationship is the core of medical service. Nevertheless, the relationship between doctors and patients in our country in eurrent status is considerable complex and has been a relative serious social problem which need to be theoretically rethought and practically explored. Intervention using the methods of social work for the cri- sis could be ＂flexible stent＂and plays an important role in solving the crisis between doetors and patients.
