摘 要:对某型柴油机采用两台不同尺寸涡轮增压器的三阶段相继增压系统的性能进行了试验研究。对柴油机只采用小增压器、只采用大增压器和同时采用大小2台增压器并联3种不同增压方式进行了全工况试验,并通过对试验结果的比较和分析提出了大小涡轮三阶段相继增压系统方案,确定了以燃油经济性最优为原则的切换边界。之后,对大小涡轮三阶段相继增压方案进行了试验,试验结果表明其性能比原机有较大的改善,尤其是在低速大负荷工况,燃油消耗率最高降低约7.1%,碳烟排放最高降低达70.2%,涡前排温最高降低近12.6%。Experiments on 3-phase sequential turbocharging (STC) system with two unequal size turbochargers were investigated. Whole operation performances of the diesel engine are studied under three different schemes, which refer to one small turbocharger, one large turbocharger and combination of small and large turbochargers. A novel 3-phase STC system is presented by analyzing and comparing the test results. The switching boundary of this system is obtained based on minimum fuel consumption. Performance experiments of the diesel engine with 3-phase STC system are conducted and the test results show that better performance of the diesel engine with 3-phase STC system is demonstrated compared with that of the original turbocharger, especially at low engine speed and high load operations. Brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC) is reduced by 7.1%, smoke emission drops by 70.2% and the temperature prior to turbocharger is decreased by 12.6%.
