摘　　要：目的观察肝病治疗仪治疗酒精性肝病的疗效。方法53例酒精性肝病患者随机分为两组，对照组给予常规的保肝治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用肝病治疗仪照射肝区。观察治疗前后患者临床症状，肝功能及肝纤维化指标的变化。结果治疗组患者治疗后ALT、TBIL和肝纤维化指标显著降低。临床症状明显改善。结论DSG-I型肝病治疗仪能明显改善酒精性肝病患者的临床症状，恢复肝功能，降低肝纤维化的指标。Objective To study the efficacy of the medical instrument of DSG type I for alcoholic liver disease. Methods 53 cases with ALD were randomly divided into two groups： patients in the control group were treated with traditional medication,while patients in the treatment group were treated with medical instrument of DSG type I as well as medication Parameters related to liver function, hepatic fibrosis were After treatment, the levels of serum ALT,Total bilirubin reduced markedly. Conclusion Medical instrument of DSG type I seems to be effective in treating ALD,which improves liver function, reduces the marks related to fibrosis.
