行气活血饮配合西医常规治疗肝硬化30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察行气活血饮配合西医常规治疗肝硬化的临床疗效。方法将60例肝硬化患者随机分为2组。对照组30例予西医常规治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用行气活血饮。2组均3个月为1个疗程。1个疗程后观察中医疗效评分、西医Ch ild-Pugh评分、不良反应及副作用。结果2组中医疗效评分与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗3个月与本组治疗前Ch ild-Pugh评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗3个月Ch ild-Pugh评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗过程中无脱落病例发生,在服药期间未发现出血、药源性肝损害等不良反应。凝血酶原时间(PT)变化比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论行气活血饮配合西医常规治疗能改善肝硬化患者的症状及肝功能。Objective To observe the effect of Xingqi Huoxueyin combined with routine therapy on the treatment of liver cirrhosis. Methods 60 patients with liver cirrhosis were divided at random into two groups. All of them were given the same modern medical treatments. At the same time, patients in the treatment group was given Xingqi Huoxueyin. The therapeutic course was three months in two groups. All the patients were graded with Chinese medicine and Western medicine Child - Puge symptom score before and after treatment. Results There was significant difference between before and after treatment on Chinese medicine symptom score in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement in treatment group on Chinese medicine symptom score was superior to that in control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Child - Puge score three months after treatment were improved in comparison with that before treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05）. There was significant difference between two groups on Child - Puge score three months after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. There was no side - effect including bleeding, hepatic lesion of medicinal herbs resource. Conclusion Xingqi Huoxueyin combined with routine therapy can improve symptoms and liver function of patients with liver cirrhosis.
