摘　　要：开放性实验在培养学生的动手能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及创新能力等方面起着非常重要的作用。基于管理类专业实验教学特点的分析,针对其传统实验教学的弊端,分析探讨了开放性实验的内涵、形式以及管理机制的相关问题。Open experiments play a very important role in developing students＇ practical, analytical, problem- solving and innovative abilities. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of experiment teaching in management specialties, the paper explores problems concerning the connotation, form and management mechanism of open experiments in order to tackle the shortcomings of the traditional experiment teaching.
