摘　　要：面对当前的经济发展情况,就业就成了国民经济发展和解决民生问题的头等大事。目前就业现状堪忧,对于就业压力日益严峻的中国人才市场来说,作为一个特殊群体,贫困女大学生在就业过程中或许将不得不面对残酷的现实。所以,对于这些贫困女大学生来说,在就业过程中本人要树立正确的就业价值取向;学校的有关部门亦应积极完善就业帮扶机制。Given the current economic development,employment,became a national economic development and solve the people's livelihood top priority. Current employment situation worse,with the increasingly severe employment pressure for China's talent market,as a special group,poverty,female college students in the course of employment would probably have to face the harsh reality. Therefore,the poor female college students in the course of employment for the correct values of employment and school departments to improve the employment mechanism is imperative.
