摘  要:对采用高频热压成形机制造新型竹质工程材料-弧形原态重组竹板材的工艺进行了初步研究,考察了不同工艺条件对板材主要物理力学性能的影响,并与单板层积材、结构用竹木复合板、混凝土模板用竹材胶合板等同类板材的物理力学性能进行了比较。结果表明:采用酚醛树脂胶黏剂双面涂胶,涂胶量250g/m2,单位压力2.0MPa,热压时间30s/mm,屏极电压4200V、屏极电流1.5A时板材物理力学性能最优;依此工艺生产的弧形原态重组竹的静曲强度等力学性能均达到上述三种结构材的要求。本文还提出了板材制造过程中存在的问题及改进建议。This study aimed at developing a new bamboo engineering panel, which was manufactured by laminating glued circular arc of bamboo using high-frequency press. The effects of adhesive types, resin loading levels, and pressing conditions on the physical and mechanical properties of the panel were investigated. The results were compared with the properties of laminated veneer lumber, bamboo-wood composite panel for structural use, and bamboo plywood for concrete shuttering. It was concluded that the bamboo engineering panel had satisfied properties when the loading level of phenol-formaldehyde (PF) resin was at 250g/m2. The optimum condition of high-frequency pressing was^as follows: specific pressure of 2.0MPa, pressing time of 30s/mm, plate voltage of 4200V, and screen current of 1.5A. The results also showed that the MOR and MOE of the new bamboo engineering panel were compared with the bending properties of the above mentioned bamboo structural materials. The remained problems in high-frequency pressing and their improvement approaches were also addressed in this paper.
