摘  要:主要介绍了亚硝化法生产香兰素废水的治理方法。亚硝化法生产香兰素主要有亚硝化反应废水(简称亚硝废水)与缩合反应废水(简称缩合废水)两种废水。缩合废水COD约为35000mg/L,氨氮浓度约为35000mg/L;亚硝废水COD约为12800mg/L,硝基物含量约为500mg/L,氨氮浓度约为2800mg/L。缩合废水先经浓缩回收氯化铵,再与亚硝废水混合,先后经铁碳还原、电解催化氧化、缺氧/好氧(简称A1/O)生化处理,最后排出的废水COD约为180mg/L,氨氮约为19mg/L,达到国家废水综合排放三级标准进入嘉兴市污水管网。The paper mainly introduces the treatment method of waste water generated during producing vanillin from nitrosauon. There're mainly two types of waste water in producing vanillin by nitrosation, wastewater from nitrozation reaction (for short: wastewater nitrosourea) and wastewater from condensation reaction (for short: condensation wastewater). COD of the condensation wastewater is about 35 000 mg/L, concentration of ammonia nitrogen is about 35 000 rag/L; COD of the wastewater nitrosourea is about 12 800 mg/L, nitro content is about 500 mg/L, concentration of ammonia nitrogen is about 2 800 mg/L. After recovering ammonium chloride by the enrichment, and then the condensation water will be mixed with wastewater nitrosourea. The whole process is like this, Fe-C reduction, electrolytic oxidation and Anoxie/Oxic (the A1/O) bi- ological treatment. The final discharge of wastewater COD is about 180 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen is about 19 mg/L, which is up to the third level national standards for waste water discharge and then poured into Jiaxing city sewage pipe network.
