摘 要:西部农村教育资源配置的薄弱,影响农村教学效率和教学质量,教师无法掌握课改要求,领悟课改精神,导致教学教育观念落后,方法陈旧;学生无法完成课标规定的学习任务且知识面狭窄,无法具备动手能力、想象能力等21世纪公民应有的创造性思维能力的必要元素;学生的意识、观念处于封闭状态因而无法与现代社会接轨,最终导致城乡学生的未来社会地位的不同,造成农村教育匮乏与贫困的代际转移,形成恶性循环,进而影响全社会的健康和谐发展。The weak educational resources allocation in west countryside affects rural teaching efficiency and teaching quality, makes teachers impossible to master the requirement for teaching reform and to understand reform spirit, leads to backward teaching and backward education outlook and old fashioned teaching methods, and makes students impossible to fulfill learning task in curriculum standards, which causes the students to have narrew knowledge, backward manual working ability and backward imagination ability and not to have the necessary factors of creative thinking ability which 21st century citizens should have, which makes students stay in closed status of ideas and consciousness and unahle to access the modern society, which finally causes the different social status, economic status and political status between urban and n,ral students, and which leads to rural education shortage and intergeneration transfer of poverty and forms bad circulation and further afffects social health and harmonious development.
