摘　　要：人抗原R(HuR)是RNA结合蛋白中胚胎致死异常视觉家族的一员,可以结合并稳定在3′非翻译区(UTR)中的富含腺嘌呤和尿嘧啶的序列(AREs),调节mRNA的不稳定性。多种肿瘤细胞质中高表达HuR,并与不良预后和淋巴结转移等密切相关;抑制HuR基因表达可降低肿瘤细胞的增殖和侵袭性。HuR可通过抗凋亡、维持血管生成及逃脱机体抗肿瘤免疫机制等方面促进肿瘤细胞的生长、浸润。HuR有望成为肿瘤诊断、治疗的新靶点。HuR （ human antigen R）, a member of the ELAV family, is RNA binding proteins which can bind and stabilize AU-rich elements（AREs）-containing mRNA. HuR is highly expressed in a variety of tumor cells, and is closely related to poor prognosis and lymph node metastasis of tumors. Inhibiting the expression of HuR can reduce the proliferation and invasiveness of tumor cells. HuR can pro- mote tumor cells growth and invasion through the effect of anti-apoptotic, maintain angiogenesis and immune escape. All these make HuR become a hot spot in tumor researches,and it is expected to become a new target of tumors diagnosis and therapy.
