摘　　要：颅脑CT侧脑室容积的定量分析是判断许多颅内病变的重要指标,尤其在围生期缺氧性脑损伤患儿脑水肿的定量研究及预后提示方面有很重要的作用,能较客观地反映围生期脑损伤的急性期、恢复期及后遗症期的影像学变化,从而指导临床早期治疗及后遗症前的干预。现就其临床意义及测量方法学等方面予以综述。The skull CT quantitative analysis on lateral ventricle volume is an important index for judging many intracranial diseases,especially on the quantitative study and prognosis of brain edema caused by perinatal hypoxic brain damage. Furthermore, it can reflect the imaging changes of the perinatal brain injury in the acute phase and recovery phase and sequelae Issue more objectively ,Thus guiding the early treatment of clinical and the intervention before sequelae issue. Thus it can guide clinical treatment and early intervention of sequelae. This article reviewed to the clinical significance and measurement of skull CT quantitative analysis.
